Massage Therapist
As Anna Glowacka, I have embarked on a unique journey into the world of massage therapy. My path began with studying War Studies at King’s College London, followed by a role as Head of Operations at the Holocaust Educational Trust, a remarkable charity. While I enjoyed my work, I found the office environment unfulfilling. I longed for a more tactile and personal experience—something that truly resonated with me.
During a short getaway with Cass, we indulged in an incredible massage treatment. At that moment, everything clicked. Why not train and establish our own business? Inspired by this epiphany, we took the leap and began our journey into massage therapy.
So far, it’s been an exhilarating experience as Anna Glowacka. Some personal highlights include working as a Sports Massage Therapist at Barnet FC during a promotion season, organising several conferences for the Massage Training Institute, and drawing inspiration from the birth of my two beautiful children. These experiences motivated me to deepen my knowledge to support perinatal women effectively.
As Anna Glowacka, I am dedicated to providing exceptional massage therapy services that cater to the unique needs of my clients. Through my diverse qualifications and experiences, I strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel supported and rejuvenated.
The Neurodevelopmental Service at Chase Lodge Hospital comprises highly experienced professionals, including Consultant Paediatricians, Consultant Psychiatrists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists, with extensive experience in diagnosing neurodevelopmental conditions within the private sector and NHS. Our team embraces a neuroaffirmative approach, honouring the unique strengths and celebrating the brilliance of the neurodivergent individuals we encounter. Therefore, we conduct a thorough assessment that considers both strengths and areas of need. This assessment process aligns with the guidelines provided by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and involves utilising clinical observations, ICD-11 and DSM-5 criteria to determine the appropriateness of a diagnosis.
