Hospital Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy offers you a chance to manage your hospital appointments more easily and does not restrict you when things come up. If you require this, please let the hospital booking team know at once that you would like to cancel it or move the date. Early communication will ensure your needs are met without bothering others.

Upon your booking, we shall happily uphold a standard 14-day cooling-off period, which you may revoke if it suits you. Typically, this period allows you to cancel and get your total amount back. However, booking within this timeframe may depend on specific circumstances, and a refund might not be possible.

Patients can reschedule appointments more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Therefore, we will try to reschedule your appointment with you. In case rescheduling is impossible, we will issue a full refund. If the cancellation occurs within ninety minutes before the appointment and no rescheduling can be arranged, no refund will be due.

Refunds, as stated in this policy, will follow the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be made to the person who completed the booking. Additionally, if you choose to attend but cannot proceed due to being in unsuitable physical condition, you will not qualify for a refund.

To avoid any setbacks, it is requested that you take time to review the Cancellation Policy. Through strict observance of these rules, we strive to uphold order and ensure that all patients receive timely care.
